Anise & Strawberry Panna Cotta

  • 4-6 strawberries, finely diced

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 cups of Malai Star Anise ice cream

  • 1/2 tsp agar agar powder

  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

  • Malai Hibiscus Chaat Masala sorbet

Add 2 scoops of Malai Star Anise ice cream and ½ tsp. agar agar powder to a saucepan. Bring to a boil and hold at 185°F for at least 3 minutes. Pour into desired containers and place in the fridge until completely cool - about 2-3 hours.

While cooling, add strawberries, sugar and cardamom, and lemon juice into a bowl and toss until well coated. Set aside.

When chilled, take out panna cotta, top with macerated strawberries, finely chopped pistachios, and a scoop of Malai Hibiscus Chaat Masala sorbet.
